Before you start:

Know your SDSU ID and password. (Your SDSUid can be activated by visiting HERE.)
- SDSUid Gmail account is required. You must have your SDSUid Gmail account set up to receive the confirmation email BEFORE you make your reservation. For instructions to set up your
SDSUid Gmail account, please visit the: Google G Suite for Students page.
- The First Year Experience fee ($308) covers New Student Orientation and this fee will be billed to the student account and due on January 12, 2024. To see a full list of what the FYE fee covers, please visit our website.
- Be aware of the terms and conditions of the First Year Experience fee, and Parent Programs fee. Fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Have your parent and family contact information ready to complete the reservation form.
- Please note: Global Campus and SDSU Imperial Valley will not be able to register through this system. Please email orientation@sdsu.edu if you have not yet received information regarding orientation from Global Campus or SDSU Imperial Valley.
When you finish:
- A Confirmation Email will be sent to your SDSUid Gmail account. You must have your SDSUid Gmail account set up to receive the confirmation email BEFORE you make your reservation.
For instructions to set up your SDSUid Gmail account, please visit: Google G Suite for Students page.
You can log into this application to print your invoice or confirmation again.
- Read the Confirmation Email in its entirety for next steps and requirements. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact us at orientation@sdsu.edu, and we will resend the confirmation to your activated SDSUid Gmail account.
The reservation process will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
