| Purpose | |
| The SDSU Effective Altruism Club is a community for students who want to make a real difference in the world. It enables its members to do the most good they can. We learn about the principles of Effective Altruism, which focuses on using evidence and reason to do the most good in the world. We also apply these principles by volunteering in San Diego to make an impact locally. By learning and taking action together, we seek to understand and apply ways to make the world better.
