| Purpose | |
| The Global Legal Consulting Brigades chapter at SDSU is a non-profit organization that focuses on providing free legal services and education to rural, under-resourced communities that lack access to such. Our volunteers travel to communities located in Honduras and Greece while accompanied by lawyers and human rights activists. By assisting lawyers and activists in legal clinics and educational workshops, our volunteers learn about various ways to advocate for human rights and create a more empowered and secure community. When our organization is not on a brigade, we attend local volunteer events in San Diego county, while fundraising and preparing for the upcoming brigade. |
