| Purpose | |
| The purpose of the USFC shall be to assist culturally diverse sororities and fraternities in the achievement of their noble purposes, to provide a forum for the government and the regulation of chapter affairs, to enrich chapter life on campus, to act as liaison between our member chapters and the University administration by establishing a communicative network for all culturally diverse sororities and fraternities, and to promote unity among our chapters and the college community. |
