| The Recruiting Collective at San Diego State University exists to support SDSU students in their pursuit of meaningful career opportunities by equipping them with the tools, skills, and connections necessary to succeed in the modern job market. The organization provides its members with resume and LinkedIn profile development, mock interviews, professional and industry-specific workshops, and direct engagement with local recruiters, alumni, and hiring professionals. The Recruiting Collective is committed to fostering a collaborative community in which members can build confidence, refine their professional presence, and gain the practical experience needed to transition successfully from university life into their chosen careers. |
